JOINT FORCES TRAINING BASE LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. — The sound of artillery fire will echo across communities surrounding Joint Forces Training Base Los Alamitos on Sunday morning (Aug. 10), but local residents should not be alarmed.

Haskins, who also serves as Commander of the California Army National Guard, will also be assuming command of Joint Forces Training Base.
