The Los Alamitos Recreation and Community Services Department offers seasonal day camp programs. The Department offers a February Camp, Spring Camp, Summer Camp, Fall Camp, and Winter Camp for youth ages 5-12 in the community.

Day Camp Hours:
Monday - Friday
Regular Care: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Extended Care: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
*Late fee for pick-up is $1 per minute after 4:05 pm/6:05 pm based on staff's clock.
Refund / Transfer Policy:
Transfer requests must be submitted 5 business days in advance of attendance date. Requests will be accepted for review but are not guaranteed. If approved, a fee of ($10 per transfer, per child) is applicable per request. No Refunds.
Required Forms:
Be sure to complete and a Medical Release Form (PDF) and the Day Camp Program Guidelines and Discipline Policy Form (PDF) once you have completed your registration. Please bring both with you on your child's first day of attendance.
It is highly recommended that guardians review the Parent Pamphlet (PDF) prior to the first day of attendance. Physical copies of parent pamphlets will be distributed on the first day of attendance.
