Red, White, Blue and You

Join the cities of Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, the community of Rossmoor, and the Los Alamitos Unified School District  to honor and show your support by displaying YOUR American flag outside your house, putting a Thank You sign in your window, and putting red, white, and blue ribbons around your trees in honor of our local heroes during this worldwide crisis. Let them know that our communities stands united with them in this fight.

Virtual Community Center

The Los Alamitos Recreation and Community Services Department strives to create quality of life for its community. During this unprecedented time we continue to create quality of life by bringing the community free, safe recreational activities for the entire family to enjoy.

November 3, 2020 General Municipal Election

The General Municipal Election is held on the first Tuesday in November of even numbered years to elect members of the City Council and to consider local ballot measures. This year there are three Council seats to be filled in Districts 1, 2, and 3. Candidates elected at the November 3, 2020, election will serve a four-year term.
