NOTICE TO RESIDENTS

COMMERCIAL FILMING SCHEDULED AT JOINT FORCES TRAINING BASE FILMING SITES INCLUDE TRAINING AREAS ADJACENT TO WEST PERIMETER

 

LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. — Filming of a new Army National Guard recruiting commercial will take place on Joint Forces Training Base (JFTB) Monday thru Thursday (Dec. 7-10).

The filming schedule includes site preparation and a number of scenes utilizing the perimeter road and training areas bordering residential neighborhoods along the west side of the installation.  Some of those scenes will utilize UH-60 Black Hawk and CH-47 Chinook helicopters in flight status.

Filming in the training areas will take place on two days – Tuesday, Dec. 8 (7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.) and Thursday, Dec. 10 (7:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.). Production personnel and support vehicles will arrive at the film site at approximately 4:30 a.m. on both days.

Efforts will be taken to minimize inconvenience to our neighbors on filming days.
