The City of Los Alamitos has awarded the pruning of parkway trees to West Coast Arborists, Inc., a private contractor. WCA will be pruning trees on various street (see list of streets below) within the next couple of days between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. There will be NO PARKING signs posted along the street due to the danger of falling limbs. If you are resident on these streets, please do not park on the street until after the trees have been pruned and the area cleaned.
Additionally, due to the hazard of falling limbs, we ask that the front yard is clear of cars, furniture, and other valuables (especially children), during the pruning operation.
